Shipping FAQ/Common Shipping Questions

ALL SHIPMENTS sent via our warehouse will be shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS or selected LTL Carrier.

Oversized Items

Certain items we sell are considered OVERSIZED when shipped ground. Items such as Large Rugs, Stall Fork Handles and Whips are accessed an open box charge fee. This varies based on item shipped and zip code. Please keep this in mind when placing orders that are being shipped via FEDEX Ground.

Drop Shipments

Yes, we do offer drop-shipping. There is a $10.00 fee in addition to the shipping charges. All Drop Shipments are sent blind and do not contain our information. Any drop-ship order that is out of the continental US will require an invoice from the dealer that placed the order, we have to provide this to customs and must include with your shipments. Failure to send this over will result in the order being cancelled. Please send invoice(s) to Shiloh@shilohtack.com

We have the ability as of now to send packages via COD with FedEx Ground, only. There is a $10 fee on top of your shipping charges if you choose this method. If you pay via COD you will have to be present at time of delivery and have payment ready for the driver. If the goods are attempted to be delivered multiple times this may result in goods being returned and extra shipping charges assessed to you for the return. **We DO NOT OFFER COD for shipments going via LTL**

*It is the customer’s responsibility to call for their COD totals if they do not receive their invoices via our Email System.

How do I calculate my Shipping?

Currently we do not offer any shipping rates /quotes via our website. Most boxes are done via dimensional weights; therefore all items must be boxed/ weighed to calculate shipping rates.

** If you need a shipping quote to determine if you want your order, please request this on your order in the NOTES section so we may give you an "ESTIMATED" shipping cost. This saves our staff time in processing an order that may never be shipped.

Expedited Shipping

We have the ability to ship goods via expedited / air services. If you are in need of this type of service please keep in mind these services are EXPENSIVE. If you require this service please email Shiloh@shilohtack.com and request a quote be provided. Please provide the exact shipping address and date needed. This will help us determine options for shipping. If you need this shipped the same day as you place your order, order must be received by 9AM EST to allow proper quotes and packaging to be done. Air Service Picks Up between 12pm-1pm EST. Orders received after 9AM would be processed the next shipping day.

International Shipping

Shiloh Stables & Tack offers worldwide shipping via numerous carriers. We strive to get our customers the best shipping rates possible and we check different carriers to obtain competitive rates. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have your shipment cleared by the country of destination. Please familiarize yourself if new to international shipping of all applicable laws and allowed goods. International customers are required to pay for Customs Fees, Taxes, Duties and any other charges related to clearance of their goods. If applicable, please provide us with your broker information so that we may provide this to carrier to help expedite your shipping and clearing process. Once goods depart from our warehouse Shiloh Stables & Tack Inc. is not responsible for anything outside of the standard delivery process.

Tracking / Pro Number

Tracking numbers for carriers such as FedEx, USPS & LTL can be found at the bottom of your invoice below the item line that states "FREIGHT". You can find the Carrier at the top of your invoice under the shipping information in a box that is labeled "SHIPPED VIA". Once you find your carrier you can go directly to their website to find your current status of your shipment as well as an ETA.

LTL Shipping

We currently offer service through numerous carriers. We shop all rates for each shipment, unless a REQUEST has been made to use specific carriers we will ship the cheapest / fastest option. Lift Gates, Residential Delivery and Requested Appointment Calls are an additional fee assessed by these carriers. If requested at time Order is placed then the charges are included on billed freight cost on your original invoice. If customers REQUEST THIS AFTER SHIPPED or carriers determine your business to be zoned RESIDENTIAL, you will be charged back the assessed fees we incur.

I sent the order to the wrong address?

Please give us a call as soon as you can. If possible we can call the carrier to try and re-route the packages. Please keep in mind this may delay transit times and incur additional fees. All fees will be billed at the customer’s expense. If packages are delivered to an incorrect address given to us by a customer then Shiloh Stables & Tack, Inc. is not responsible for retrieval of these packages or any lost / non-received packages.

I have placed my Order, when can I expect delivery?

Once orders are received please allow 24-48 hours for processing. This can vary depending on seasonal times of the year- please allow extra time for processing during these times (October- December). Once you have received your invoice with tracking information, allow 24hrs for tracking information to be updated in the appropriate carriers system before you track your delivery. Once the order has left our warehouse we are not responsible for transit times. Delivery times vary on your location, please reference the map below for approximate delivery times.
