Privacy Policy:
Shiloh Stables and Tack, Inc. respects your privacy. Our customer's information will never be sold to a third party marketer. We collect only the information needed to efficiently process your orders.

Terms & Conditions:
Minimum order: A first time minimum order of $300.00 is required. (No minimum order is required after the first order)

How to order: Our extensive website is available 24 hours a day. You can order by email to jessica@shilohtack.com or by phone, please use our toll free number 877-576-8225, 7am to 5pm Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday. After hours, please leave a message and your phone number on our voice mail. You can also fax your order to 910-572-3280.

Account terms: All orders are shipped COD/Certified funds or Credit Card, unless otherwise noted. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. If your company wishes to establish COD/Company check or NET 30 terms, you must complete a credit application. There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. Customers must call for COD totals. If you have provided a valid email address, you will receive an email from the shipping department with all the information the day your order has shipped. NET 30 payments are required in 30 days, if an account has exceeded their terms we reserve the right not to ship orders until their account is back in good standing.

Prices & Specifications: Occasionally we are out of stock on items. Pictures are a representation of the product; items/colors shipped may vary from picture. While we use reasonable efforts to make sure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, Shiloh makes no warranties or representations of the accuracy. Shiloh assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions on our website. If you would like to receive a sensible substitution- Please Specify. We do not backorder merchandise, if an item is out of stock at the time of shipping, you will be responsible for reordering the merchandise at a later date. We do try to prevent price increases, but with today's volatile prices, sometimes this may be unavoidable therefore Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery info and Tracking numbers: All merchandise is shipped FOB Freight Collect from our warehouse. Shipments are normally delivered via FedEx and takes normally between 3-5 days after leaving our warehouse. We normally ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order, depending on our current workload. If you require express delivery (Priority overnight or Second day air), please call customer service at 877-576-8225. We do not currently ship internationally; we ship only to the United States and Canada. Tracking numbers can be obtained by calling customer service after your order has been shipped, or if we have been provided with a valid email address, you will receive an email from the shipping department that includes your tracking number.

Exchanges/Returns: We ask that all the items be inspected when they are delivered and damages that are evident need to be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to made directly with our company within five business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession- therefore our customer is responsible for inspection prior to use. All returns must be APPROVED! Products must be undamaged and must be in original, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, refund or discount the product to your satisfaction. If an error was made on your part when ordering or you changed your mind on an item- you may return the product(s) at your expense and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the item. Any exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise. **We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit! **We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns.
